- Closing date for all entries is on Sunday, 19 of October, 1500.
- The person who answers the most number of questions correctly will win a prize.
1. If your neighbour’s peacock was sitting on the fence and laid an egg onto your property, who would own the egg?
2. You are put in a concrete room with a concrete floor, concrete walls and roof. There are no windows and no door. How do you get out?
3. If a dog is tied to a rope 10 metres long, how can he reach a bone 15 meters away? take off the rope
4. Imagine you are in cage with a ready-to-eat-you lion. You have nothing to help you escape and the gaps in between the bars are too small to squeeze through. How do you get out?
5. A zebra was going to the watering hole. On his way he met 10 elephants, on every elephant’s back was 5 monkeys, on every monkeys tail was 3 birds, in every birds beak was a worm. How many animals in all are going to the watering hole?
6. A man wanted to enter a clubhouse, but he did not know the password, so he waited by the door. A club member came along. He knocked on the door. The doorman said 12. By this time the man decided to go in, so he knocked on the door. The doorman said 10. The man said 5, but was not allowed in. What should have been the correct answer and why?
7. What day comes immediately before the day that is 2 days after the day immediately after the day which comes 2 days before the day which comes 3 days after Tuesday?
8. Where can you find roads without cars, houses without people and forests without trees?
9. If the Red House is on one side of the road, and the Green Houses on the other side of the road, where is the White House?
10. A black crab and a red crab were in a race. Which crab won?
11. If 2 is a company and 3 is a crowd, what is 4 and 5?
12. What do you add to a barrel of water to make it lighter?
